Having left the hotel and boarded the Sky Train to Canada Place on Vancouver Harbor, we hung out at a Starbucks as we waited to board Holland America's Ryndam III on our cruise to Seward, Alaska... not that it mattered to an opportunistic sparrow waiting for crumbs left behind by patrons of the largest coffee joint chain.
